AJ Maclean

AJ has grown up in a busy household with four siblings (older brothers Aidan and Anders, older sister Alexia and younger sister Astrid), as well as her police detective mother and landscape gardener father. Always keen on horses, her parents eventually bought her a young pony named Squib, who is a talented jumper but a volatile personality, and doesn't make AJ's life easy.

When AJ meets Katy O'Reilly, she is quickly taken under her wing and is soon training and competing at a higher level than she ever dreamed before.

AJ has a good relationship with most of her siblings, particularly her brother Anders, but struggles at times with her sister Alexia, who has Asperger's syndrome.…more
