Rassilon

Rassilon is a fictional character in the British science fiction television series Doctor Who. In the backstory of the programme, he was the founder of Time Lord society on the planet Gallifrey and its first leader, as Lord High President.
On television he has been played by Richard Matthews (1983), Timothy Dalton (2009) and Donald Sumpter (2015). In Big Finish audio dramas he has been played by Don Warrington (2002-2004), Terrence Hardiman (2019) and Richard Armitage (2021 - present).
