i feel like the time line is way off. in this book Becky talks about the events in the first book and says they were a few months ago, but the dates on the letters indicate that the events are a year and a few months apart?

I’m not sure about the letters (I wasn’t always paying attention to the dates on them), but there were little things that didn’t quite make sense with the timeline. For example, at the end when Becky mentions Luke’s Jermyn Street suit - she says that she knows he’s only had it for three months, but at this point, it’s been two months since she moved to New York. She took three weeks (or two?) deciding on whether or not to take Michael’s job offer and she had been home from NY for awhile when he made the offer! How did she know when he bought that suit? Lol! It’s a silly example, but I noticed too. :) Have you read Ties the Knot yet? There’s an error with dates on an invitation in that book that has bugged me ever since it came out because I spent the entire first time I read it thinking it was relevant to the plot! Lol! Maybe it’s been fixed in newer copies, but it trips me up every time I read it!(less)
