Trying to find an entry point to Pratchett and Discworld. If I start here as a complete noob, will I be utterly lost?

Guards!" if you haven't picked one already. It a few books in, but enough of the world is explained that you can catch on rather quickly. AND is the start of the City Watch sub-series, my personal favorite. The rest of the discworld books after that are great reads.(less)
