It's very straight forward and the author puts what he wants to say at the very beginning of each chapter, then continues to add explanations and stories.(less)

Why is it so attractive to men? This manosphere, red pill, "grindset", whatever culture that spreads through the internet fascinates me. Ernest Becker and other anthropologists and psychologists explain that all men need purpose, need to build themselves up to be the heroes of their own story. It is an escapist fantasy that helps to detach from the evil truths and fill the moral vacuum of reality.
