Difficult Conversations focus on raising your awareness of what's going on outside and inside you so you can better adjust yourself not to get lost in the emotional state that usually surrounds those types of conversations. Personally, it has helped me to regulate the approach to these situations and give a mental structure to help in the process.(less)
