I am thinking of writing a book about the Donnelly family tragedy and calling it 'The Black Donnellys', the same title as the original book by Thomas P. Kelley, with the tagline, 'The True Account of Canada's Most Outrageous Feud'. My literary friends are advising me not to use this title, what are your thoughts on this?

Hendley, Federal Court judge Justice McHaffie recognized that the "nonfiction" book titled the "Black Donnellys" by "nonfiction" writer Nate Hendley contained "fiction". Should a nonfiction book by a nonfiction writer contain fiction? If not, what are the repercussions? Are there more fictional events and incidents in Hendley's nonfiction book that are passed off as truth's?

Kelley. I have it on good authority that the eBook is coming soon. Does "Vengeance" come from the curse of Johannah Donnelly or fate?

Paints a nasty picture of the family. I'd say give it a rest, but what about the ones that got away?
