I think this book looks interesting but considering all the bad comments I am a little weary.. Does this book have an originality or is it more like Kingdoms Dawn by Chuck Black?

Just *how* Christian is this book? If it's bible thumping, attempted convert material I'm not interested, but if it's "do the right thing" then I'm up for a read.

It's a bit "do the right thing" but it doesn't seem like this is the main focus of the book. Is more like a story in a medieval form (Kings and Knights and such) of the idea from the Bible about where Evil comes from. It's quite entertaining to read, but for me as a Christian a bit too much "in your face" as in not subtle enough with the narrative so you only have the hunch that it is an allegory on the biblical story (but that is more a comment on the narrative style than the content). If you're not the "bible-thumping" style, this should be a safe read! Enjoy and let me know!(less)
