Whether it's difficult or easy to apply these in real life depends on whether or not you're capable of proper analysis of the situation. And analysis usually are done better with more experience/wisdom. How do you gain experience and wisdom? Just like everything else, you simply practice.

If you want to gain the best analysis skills, the key is to constantly analyse and think. The key is to try and find different factors, patterns, similarities, differences and connections in everything in everyday life. 1 important thing here is to always be truthful and rational.

During analysis, 1 of the biggest mistake is to be biased. So to counter that, you also have to increase your self awareness. When you're very self aware, you become capable of easily recognising your own biases as well as certain thought patterns.

The combination of experience, analysis skills, self awareness, and numerous effective mindsets are probably the only reason this book could've been created.

So to make applying these principles easy, try increasing your critical thinking, rationality and self awareness. Do this by constant analysis of everything, and by trying to always be aware of your own thoughts. The more you do this, the better you will become at analysing situations and recognising the big picture.(less)
