The characters…moreI probably would have read it at that age too, but I would also add there's discussion (no description) of severe past sexual violence. The characters talk about the fact that it happened, but there's no details. But it could raise some questions or be a bit alarming. Especially since it involved one of the 'good-guys' and there's a rather emotional scene with one of the survivors. I was not expecting it since the book had been fairly light-hearted up to that point. (less)
