The psychology Book that has helped me most is Dr James E Loehr who wrote "THE TOUGHNESS TRAINING S FOR SPORTS MANUAL" which was self help . Is This book is more for a coach or employer or teacher to understand and read people accurately .So you can motivate them to reach their full potential ?

This book is pretty complexed for a regular reader, more specific and more for the professionals to uderstand the different types of personalities rather than to regular readers.
