But it…moreI think we are made to think that Bret could have been the trawler but probably wasn't but you can't tell because he is an unreliable narrator. But it is reasonable to assume that Bret DID attack Susan and Ryan, as the bite mark suggests, but also because in his letters to police etc the Trawler admitted to lots of things but NOT to that attack.(less)
