This has been driving me crazy, I don't know if I missed it in the book or what. Who was the one watching Kat and Dane outside the window while they were having sex? Was it another biker from there club?

During the "Stalkers" chapter he says "...but then Rebel appeared. During his interrogation I noticed how he didn't mention how he'd been watching them and playing with himself by the window. Can't wait to tell Kat about that when I get her alone"(less)
