Is this book worth the read? I do not like it when authors use too many words when fewer words are sufficient. I read the first chapter of the book, and it seems to me that the message is: regret is helpful if one knows to understand this emotion properly. If this is the case, why is the book 256 pages long? At this moment, I feel like if I continue this book, I'll regret it.

I'm confused about anticipatory regret. Isn't that what we're supposed to be cultivating? If I have boldness regrets and I want to do better next time, shouldn't I be anticipating that if I don't take the next chance I will regret it?
