Why did the author not raise the question as to how WWI & II got going in the first place? Does he believe that the origins of the world wars are obvious, that Germany was solely responsible for the outbreak of WWII, and that Hitler wanted to conquer 'Lebensraum' and aspired to kill all 'Untermenschen'? Regardless as to how manipulated and flawed these views may be?

Unless, that is, you are a) absolutely devoid of historical knowledge or b) willfully absolutely devoid of historical knowledge.(less)
