I just starting reading this book. I'm on page 2 and this doesn't sound or feel like Jonathan Kellerman wrote this book. Anyone else have the same sense?

On page 97, Milo pulls up in his Porsche. They leave for the hospital in Alex's car. When they return, Alex pulls next to the Impala (p116). Was this a mistake?

I also do not agree with KG’s response that the Impala is Alex and Robin’s other car; Alex’s old Seville is always referenced in every book and I remember Robin loading her truck with some instruments she was repairing, which makes sense. She’d need a truck to transport either the wood she uses or the finished product. They do well financially but never got the impression they’d have a third car just sitting around.

Not bad, but Robin still bugs me ( a superfluous and kind of annoying character), and I cannot stand Milo referenced as “Big Guy”....not a question really, just a review.....?.....

Hi, Just after I finished the Museum of Desire I read the excerpt from Serpentine. Then I went online and searched the availability date for Serpentine on Amazon as a paperback. There I remember I saw a paragraph about relating Serpentine to When the Bough Breaks! Now I cannot find this reference anywhere? Did I hallucinate? or completely misunderstood something? If the two books are related I need to re-read. Thanks!
