I thought The Rules of Magic was the prequel to Practical Magic?

Suzie Practical Magic is about the nieces, Sally and Gillian. Rules of Magic is the back story of the aunts so it is a prequel.

So we know the Owens women are descended from Maria; is there a family tree anywhere that goes from Maria to Kylie and Antonia?

Are there any connections between star signs and the marks on each witch? Maria had a star and was born in January - any connection to Aquarius given the Star is the Aquarius card in tarot and she also helped people out? i'm thinking Rebecca was a fire sign due to the red hair and impulsive nature. And Faith a Scorpio due to being born in autumn and the propensity for revenge and then being reborn like the Phoenix.

Ashlee Apking Brown I know that Faith was born on March 20th. It mentions it in the book.

What happened to Maria Owens’ second daughter? Hannah?

Why do so many people ask the same questions over and over without bothering to read the already-existing Qs&As. Why are people who use a written site about writing too lazy to read the information that is so readily available? And while I’m at it, which order should I read these books in? Ha ha - that part was rhetorical.

Matthew Edward Hall comes to mind when reading this book. He's like real life magic, even his words are instantly life changing. Although he's from a long line of principle Chiefs, medicine men, and Lenape Kings far into prehistory, then its a mystery. Any fans of his here also?
