Is this the Calamity Jane american figure or a sequel to Lady Jane Grey’s story? But it ended so well though?

Ash Rogers This is a separate Jane than our beloved Jane Grey. Her story is wrapped up, and all other Janes in this series stand on their own.

Is this based on a real historical figure (like Jane Grey for My Lady Jane) or a known character (like Jane Eyre for My Plain Jane), or is this Jane a completely new character? Forgive me if she's based on someone famous I'm not familiar with!

Suzy Calamity Jane is a real historical figure as well as the other characters in the book. They were famous during the Wild West (late 1800s)!

It’s definitely still something I would consider teen clean, there is no explicit content in this. There is a scene where a main character disguises as a painted lady, so in some regards this has more of what could be considered inappropriate, but not any more so than a knowledge of western history. All love interests are still sweet and clean butterflies scenes, no explicit scenes. There is a homosexual love interest in this book, whereas the other two feature all heterosexual love interests, so that may be a factor to be aware of as well.(less)
