I have not (yet) read this book. I was just curious if there's a reason this book is not listed as part of the Harry Bosch Universe series? I was reading some of the reviews, and they seem to think it should be. (Since I am a GR Librarian, I can add it to the series if I get an overwhelming "It should be listed as part of the series.")

While Bosch doesn't appear in this book, it is still part of the same universe, as Jack, Harry Bosch, Rachel Walling, Mickey Haller, Terry McCaleb and even Cassie Black are all in the same timeline and their paths cross at some point.(less)

The Scarecrow is my all time fave Connelly book! Love, love the audible edition. Snappy. Creepy. Great plot twists. Any suggestions for other authors that write in this vein, while also being set in and around Los Angeles or Las Vegas?

I found out that he has a few main c…moreAs someone who is trying to read the books by this author after getting into the Harry Borsh screen presentation. I found out that he has a few main characters that interlap over and only lately are noted as being in certain books stories as part of their story series. It depends on which character you are reading the books for their story line continuity. Plus the author had written these books inside one big location with lots of overlap connections. Go to his website if you want to read the books that emphasize the character beyond the Harry Bosch storyline. They are all connected anyway.(less)
