It's now May 16th, months later and there's never been an explanation. Hope someone at Amazon/Kindle/goodreads or the publisher will step up and do the right thing. EXPLAIN!?????

When will this be available on Amazon US? It is not available on Kindle even though there is a notation when you click on the Amazon link on this page that says you can read it free with the Kindle App; however once you go onto Kindle it is not available there.
