Has anyone done a good job of using the themes & characters here in a modern story? Iain Pears does a lot of it in "Arcadia" but he's got other references in his big novel, too. What else can you suggest? Maybe to read as a sort of 'companion' piece to the original play?

I don’t know if it has an As You Like It re-imaging, but it is an anthology with a lot of modern Shakespeare retellings! (less)
