There should be quotes at the start of the first paragraph, and around the third paragraph, which is just a line of dialogue: "I guess he just had to be told ..." These are being spoken by the visiting thug, not by the narrator. I'm hoping these typos will be corrected in the next printing, because I imagine it confuses a lot of people. (less)
