Sometimes they are the stars of the show, sometimes they are mentioned as friends of friends etc.

I have read every book she's ever written and at one point, I read them all in the order that they were written. This way, you get glimpses over and over of familiar characters as they live their lives and like a 'real' community, have many touchpoints and intertwining lives.

I really, really, really love her work.(less)
