Housman poem I love called “Her Strong Enchantments Failing” which refers to “the Queen of air and darkness,” and which inspired me to twist the title as a reference for Roark and his royal position in my book. The Seelie and Unseelie Courts are old legends though, as is Queen Mab, which lets tons of authors play with retellings or adaptations of the tales. Not sure if this helps, but it’s what I can speak to in the titling process for my release. (less)
