There are some fairly passionate kisses, but no petting o…moreThere are no graphic scenes in it. How appropriate you think it is will depend on your teen. There are some fairly passionate kisses, but no petting or anything inappropriate. Also, at one point, Destiny makes a comment to her dad about him worrying over her losing her "flower" & then amending it to her "virtue".

There are some adult issues that come up such as coping with alcoholism, adultery & abandonment. And I would talk to my teen about how relationships with damaged people in real life are a whole lot more complicated, & outside of fiction, don't usually turn out well.
