If you ever look at the reviews and think "There are over a 100 reviews, this book must be out already", remember that there are services such as netgalley that allow people to read pre-release books and ask them to review it. Also, there is a community of book lovers online - on youtube, instagram, twitter, etc - that often recommend such books to each other. Influencers on this platform can request books directly from the publisher, before they are released, in order to recommend them to their followers (if the book is good). In this way books can have many reviews before they are out.(less)

JQ Smith It should be, I give this an age rating of 12+/13+ assuming they are mature, there are some thoughts of suicide in the MC's minds but her bestfriends …moreIt should be, I give this an age rating of 12+/13+ assuming they are mature, there are some thoughts of suicide in the MC's minds but her bestfriends encourages her to not entertain it, it's also censored as (the S word) 14+ is above appropriate but I think 12+/13+ could read it if they are well educated in what they should and should not follow in novels.

Edit: This also has some minors underage drinking and smoking pot so I would say 14/15+ should be better, 12+ can read it as long as they are mature but I wouldn't actively suggest them to read it.(less)
