I have read all 18 in this Women's Murder Club series. Lindsay and Joe had a baby together in an earlier book and she wasn't mentioned at all in this one. Am I missing something? I can't remember exactly what happened in the last on. Can anyone help?

However, the timeline doesn't quite square up with 10th Anniversary, in which Lindsay and Joe get married and Lindsay gets pregnant. Chalk it up to artistic license.(less)

I really hate this story line. Besides solving cases, what makes this series great is the interpersonal relationships between the four women, Lindsay and Joe. I have enjoyed reading about the evolution of their lives and careers... and then this bomb dropped. No mention of the women's lunches where the discuss the cases. No mention of Lindsay and Joe's daughter. This book is a waste of paper and ink. Thoughts??

However, at the beginning of the book we find out that this book takes place 5 years ago. So, Julie had not been born at that time. There was discussion about the girls getting together to discuss the case, but I guess they were too busy working. I was wondering why They decided to go back in time. It did seem weird, but I still enjoyed the story. (less)

Where was Boxer and Joe's daughter? Wasn't in book and no mention of her.

Kathy For most of the book it takes place five years before the last book. The only current part is the beginning and end. During that time Joe and Lindsey …moreFor most of the book it takes place five years before the last book. The only current part is the beginning and end. During that time Joe and Lindsey are out of the country so their daughter is probably back home in someone’s care. (less)
