I found the ending very unsatisfactory as it did not connect to the initiating premises. I have read the previous Caffrey books and liked them and I like the new female character in this story. The so called "Walking Man" added little except to add to the sense of self-absorption of the two protaganists. I wanted to scream at them "get over it".(less)

This is, in my opinion, the best of the Jack Caffery books and should be read before any of the others.(less)
