Thus, I have started making notes about the characters as they are introduced. It really helps since I can't just flip back and look. This book jumps around in time which makes it even harder. I truly recommend notes. I would have had the same issue you have without them. (less)

When the other characters call Cara "Ca" for short, how in the world do you pronounce that?
Cindi I just listened to the Audiobook- they pronounced Cara as Car-ah (like the automobile) and Ca like Caw- like a bird would say.
