I've just finished reading "And the Bride Wore Plaid" by Karen Hawkins. I love the Talisman Ring series and am about to start the last book " Lady in Red." I'm confused ,however, by Marcus' age. How can he be 39, when Anthony Elliot is 35 in the first book? He is the son from their mother's first marriage and therefore the oldest.

Katie I've noticed there are a lot of continuity errors in this series.
