The fact that Jess turns to the mirror and says she sees someone with them, I think she sees herself in the mirror and is afraid. The fact that Gwen was still in bed when Jess dreamed that she woke up kind of confirms this for me: She's just dreaming that she is walking around, asking for Aaron, whom she was married to and would normally ask for, and Gwen, whom she loves and is currently with.(less)
