To me, what Manson talks about speaks a lot about what Generation X has felt for years. The only difference is that Manson acts it out in his music and shows. Wanting to understand life and sometimes getting the shit kicked out of you and lucky to be alive. Except Manson accepts what happened to him and what he has become. Others like him would have become drunks or the lower rung of society. Manson has turned it upside down and become what most fear.
