So I'm not goign to read this... Mauds story was never all that exciting to me. I liked Dina... so my only question is... did they figure out where their parents were in this last book? Did then mention anything about the brother? there were so many loose ends at the end of book 3... I was hoping they were cleared up somewhat in this last book...

I,too, was a bit hesitant to read it because I wanted more from Dina’s point of view. However, I should have known better. Whatever Ilona Andrews writes will a good story and worth reading. To me, the book still progresses the overall story arc of missing parents and brother. There’s been talk on the authors’ blog of continuing the story and it would likely pick up where this book left off. (less)

Did I miss something. Why was Maud’s father not her biological father?

So I'm guessing that their dad is actually their stepfather who married their mom after saving her. There isn't any mention of their biological father so far, but there are a few loose ends that should be tied up in a later book. Hopefully we get more details soon :)(less)

It is May 7th, 2019 and yet I still can't pre-order this. Does anyone know why I can't pre-order or better yet,when I'll be able to pre-order this? Most things I see about this book claim that it is coming out in June.

So Dina's story came to an end? Oh, I love her so much. These series are like no other because of the uniqueness of her magic and the way she's a god on her domain. She's invincible and I thought there was so much to be discovered yet... But I trust you, Ilona Andrews!!! kiss
