I know someone on here has seen this. Are the majority recipes that can be made weeknights by full-time workers outside the home? Or are they more weekend and company dishes?

Sheet-pan Supper: Balsamic Chicken with baby potatoes and mushrooms
Sweet Chili Chicken (or in my case pork tenderloin)

Some can be prepped the night before so it makes for an easy evening -
Marinated and pan-seared flank steak.

She notes what can be done ahead for those that prep on the weekends (I wish I was that good!)

The recipes are diverse and I adore her comments as well storing or alternative suggestions. (less)
