Changing for Good, along with the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People would be great resources for evaluating yourself and starting a path of change. If you approach the 7 Habits book with a sincere desire to look inward and ask yourself hard questions about your character, who you really are, how do you treat people, and who you want to become, it will be a valuable roadmap for creating qualitative change in your life.

Keep in mind, no book can change you. A book can give wisdom, guidance, facts, philosophy, and even strategy for change. The real power in any book is in what you, the reader, do with it. Lives only change because we take action and make the change happen.(less)
