Does this book discuss how to declutter if you constantly see the "potential" in stuff? My 2 huge mindblocks are "what if we need it" (because I can't afford to/unable to replace it) and "I could do this with it"!

I believe that s…moreShe does not specifically address ADHD. She repeatedly mentions that she is writing from the perspective of her decluttering journey. I believe that someone with AD/HD could follow this plan though. It's very adaptable to neurodivergent ways of thinking. (less)
