We didn't want this to happen with our book, so decided on the format of a playbook, giving readers theory as well as practical tips, tools and real-life examples. Our aim is for readers to finish the book and think and say to themselves, I can't wait to go out and make a difference, I can't wait to "make the world a better to place to work"!(less)
