Does this book make any sense? I am asking cause it seems intreseting.

Is this supposed to be the second book to "You've Been Warned" by James Patterson? It doesn't seem like it based on the description but the title is extremely similar... although You've Been Warned is from 2007. Maybe it took 10 years to write a short story sequel?
