Having someone understand you, even a little bit helps someone in more ways than one. Not to mention, she felt like she could never share these things with other people and most people believe that way because they don't know where to start. Inan and Zelie had a connection from the very beginning but chose to ignore it because they had to, because they were on separate sides. As a plus, he saved her life, and showed her that there really was good in his heart. The fact that she warmed up to him so soon was probably a result of the time she spent hating Amari, as she learned that even the enemy can have a heart.(less)
