Nothing I…moreI actually just looked this up to do research for my show. Here's what I learned. The movie Midnight Sun is based on the movie Taiyo No Uta. Nothing I've read mentions this book at all so I'm assuming Trish Cook just wrote the novelization of the movie. Kenji Bando is credited as one of the writers (as in "based on the screenplay by...) and it was adapted for American audiences by Eric Kirsten. Seeing as how Trish Cook isn't credited anywhere for the movie, it's safe to say she just turned it into a novel. (less)
