How fast is the love triangle resolved? I don't like love triangles at all but I love this author so if it's resolved quickly maybe I'll read it.

This book sounds so good and I'd love to read it, however I cannot find it anywhere; I can only find the German paperback editions on Amazon (and my German is nowhere near good enough), and on Kobo I did find the English ebook version, but apparently I can't buy it "because it can't be bought in my region" (I live in the Netherlands). Such a shame :( Would anyone else have suggestions where to find this book?
