It's also in paperback (on Amazon, B&N.com, etc.) but my publisher is not a very big one so unless you request they carry it they won't have it on their shelves automatically. Most libraries have an option where you can email or call them to request specific books, as they like to support their readers -it's not a guarantee they will, but it increases your chance of having certain books in stock.
