Barns and Nobles will have it on November 22nd 2016, but the English translation does not come out until 2018.(less)

While I agree that each tells a good story and can be appreciated on its own, my experience has been reading (and re-reading) them in the order written, and I think you can get so much more enjoyment from them by reading them in order. My recommendation is to start with The Shadow of the Wind.(less)
