Do I need to read the first two books before this one? Or will I understand enough that I can read this book as a standalone?

Staci I would read the first two before reading this one. They build upon each other and you really need to know certain things before this book begins.

Did Jess and Morgan ever sleep together?!?! Maybe not in this book but at all? I feel like it was kind of rlly vague on that...I remember there being one spot where I was like "well did they or didn't they..."

While there's quite a bit of violence, I wouldn't say that it was much more than the previous two books.(less)
