Cake Pop Crush by Suzanne Nelson (she has like ten really good ones, so I just chose one), The Love Pug by JJ Howard (again, she has multiple good books), Playing Cupid by Jenny Meyerhoff, Never Evers by Tom Ellen & Lucy Ivison, just to name a few. I could go on forever!
If you want YA, try anything by Kasie West. My favorites are Listen To Your Heart and P.S. I Like You. The characters in her books are 16-18 but the books are perfectly appropriate for and appeal to 11 or 12+(less)
