Farscape was also not the only science fiction to name giant sentient aliens Levianthans (see Mass Effect, although I'm sure there are others too). I think it's just that if you're going to create a giant sentient alien ship, the name 'Leviathan' just fits in with our mythos easily! It's not necessarily a rip-off; could very easily be great minds think alike. And honestly, other than the sentient ship named Leviathan, there's not much else that makes Nadim similar to Moya.
