Mariska Actually no. Ruby questions everything and anything and in the very beginning of the book she says that she thought that seeing a shrink was for "craz…moreActually no. Ruby questions everything and anything and in the very beginning of the book she says that she thought that seeing a shrink was for "crazy people". But she soon figures out that that's not entirely true. I felt like towards the ending of the book she learns to appreciate her shrink. In the ending she even says that she thinks it's nice to go see her shrink. She gets the choice to stop her sessions, but she decides she doesn't want to. (less)
Mariska Yeah it totally is. The book is actually about the high school years of the main character. Ruby is almost 16 at the end of the book.
