Part of the process involves the regular items that would be required in baking and then there is usually extra elements to add (one time was cobwebs or something). The magic then gives the baked item a magical property that, when consumed, enacts the magic. (Such as extra luck, making someone like you..). The sisters also have extra abilities like being able to affect someone mood and communicating with the spirits around them.(less)
