I just have to say I completely agree with you on being confused that it didn't come up. I mean it's one thing to kill people in general but, she killed someone who was actually competing in the games and who is obviously going to be missed. Overall, I feel like Lila does quite a lot of bad shit in this book and never reaps any of the bad consequences . (less)

Ok, so I had the audible version, and I was a bit distracted occasionally... Why was Delilah so set on participating in the tournament this year instead of waiting and getting some proper training? It felt like she did the tournament simply because she could, and she was impatient. Did I miss another reason for her doing the tournament?
