It will be available in print as part of the Arcanum Unbounded collection, which also includes a number of other Brandon Sanderson short fiction pieces. I don't know when a paperback edition will be available, but the hardcover is coming on November 22nd. There will be a couple of other Mistborn short stories in it, too, if Mistborn is your primary Sanderson interest.(less)
